I want to build a self-hosted service that acts as a central relay for different AI APIs. The main idea is to let me and a few friends share expensive subscriptions for models from Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini, since we can't all access or afford them individually.

It should come with a web-based admin panel where I can manage everything. The most important feature is the ability to create unique API keys for each person so we can track individual token usage and split the costs fairly. The dashboard should show these stats clearly. It also needs to be able to handle multiple Claude accounts and automatically rotate between them for reliability if one goes down. Please make sure the whole thing is easy to deploy on a server, preferably using Docker.
