WerWolv/ImHex ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a polished cross platform hex editor for reverse engineering and programming, with a really nice dark first interface and a light mode too.

I want it to open binary files, show the hex view and ASCII side by side, let me edit bytes, undo and redo changes, search for strings and hex values, jump to offsets, and copy selected bytes in a few useful formats like plain hex, C style arrays, Python arrays, and similar.

Please also add a way to inspect data as different types like integers, floats, strings, colors, timestamps, and GUIDs, plus a simple pattern based parser so the app can recognize file structures and highlight them automatically. It should support importing and exporting patches, base64, and simple reports, and let me bookmark interesting spots in a file.

Make it feel fast and friendly, with good theming and plugin support if possible. Look up current docs online if you need to, and keep it working on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
