Build me a simple WhatsApp bot that I can run with Node and Baileys.

I want it to be easy to start, just set my bot number and owner number in a config file, install the dependencies, and run the main bot file. Keep it organized so I can add plugins later without making a mess.

Please make sure it can connect reliably, handle incoming messages, and have a clean place for basic commands and future features. If anything needs the latest docs or best practice for Baileys, look it up online and use that.
