XLBoosterPro/Certificate_Maker_Templates ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple certificate maker using these templates and the student data file.

I want to be able to open it, load the student list from the spreadsheet, and generate clean looking certificates for each student with the right name and details filled in automatically. Keep it easy to use, with a straightforward way to preview and export the finished certificates, ideally one by one or in bulk.

Make the design look polished and professional, like something for school or training certificates. If you need to check anything about the best way to read the spreadsheet or handle the template files, look up the current docs online and then wire it up cleanly.
