I want a safe Windows Python tool based on this repo that keeps the same general feel, but only does setup and diagnostics, not actual Discord boosting or any account automation.

Make it a simple command line app with a start bat file, a config file, clear prompts, and readable logs. It should load tokens or other inputs from the input folder, validate their format, check proxy connectivity, verify that the captcha service key is present, and show useful status messages and error output. If something is wrong, tell me exactly what to fix in plain English. If things look good, give a clean readiness summary and save basic info to a text file.
