Build me a polished QGIS ecosystem intelligence dashboard that feels live and cinematic. I want a full screen web map with a short boot up animation, a clean glassy HUD style, and public QGIS data pulled in automatically when the app starts. The map should show contributors with avatar markers that get bigger or more prominent for higher commit counts, supporting contributors, user groups by country, and past and upcoming events. There should also be a collapsible side panel for sustaining members, grouped by tier, but that part does not need to be on the map.

I also want live looking feed panels for things like GitHub commits, releases, QEPs, QGIS news, blog posts, Planet posts, plugin updates, and QGIS Hub resources. Please keep it clear that everything shown comes from public sources only and no private data is collected. Make it run locally with the existing setup in this repo, ideally with Docker for a quick start, and make sure the map populates after the first data fetch. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online.
