Build me an Android app called DRVCAM for rooted phones that lets me pick a photo or video and use it as the camera feed inside other apps I choose.

I want a simple home screen where I can import media, preview it, select a target app, and turn the virtual camera on or off. It should support basic playback and framing controls like rotate, mirror, zoom, and crop, and it should let me save a main source plus a couple presets I can switch between quickly. If possible, add a small floating controller that stays on top of the target app so I can change things without leaving it.
