Build me a Windows desktop app for Minecraft that lets me play offline with bot friends in a LAN world.

I want a simple app where I can connect one to four companion bots, give them names, and tell them to follow me, guard me, gather resources, craft tools, explore, farm, fish, sleep, attack, tame, and help with beginner tasks. The bots should work with Minecraft Java Edition when I open a world to LAN, and I should be able to set the host and port in settings so it connects locally.

Please also include a chat style command menu with pages, saved settings and chat history, and a way to add or manage commands later. If it makes sense, add optional local voice help and voice previews for commands.
