Build me a self hosted web app for managing APIs that feels easy for both developers and testers to use.

I want to be able to create and edit API docs in the browser, organize them by project and folder, and see the request and response structure clearly. I also need simple automated testing for responses, plus import from common formats like Swagger, HAR, and Postman.
