Build me a simple website for this G MIC film LUT collection so people can browse the LUTs easily.

I want a clean gallery that shows each LUT with its thumbnail, name, and a quick way to download the file. It should use the data in the JSON file and the images already in the repo, so the page updates automatically when new LUTs are added. Make it look polished but straightforward, with a search or filter if that is easy, and a responsive layout that works on phone and desktop.

Also include a small note explaining that these are film emulation LUTs for use with G MIC or other software that supports LUTs. If helpful, add a simple way to regenerate the JSON and thumbnails from the LUT files using the Python scripts already in the project. Keep it lightweight and practical, and look up current docs online if you need to.
