Build me a local app that can remove hard coded subtitles and text style watermarks from videos and also batch process images, with no third party API required. I want a simple desktop interface where I can pick a video or several pictures, set the subtitle or watermark area if I already know it, or let the app detect and remove text across the whole video automatically. The output should keep the original resolution and try to fill in the removed area smoothly, not just blur it or smear it.

It would be great if the app also has a command line mode for running a single file from the terminal, and if it works on Windows, macOS, and Linux. If there are different AI models or cleanup modes, make them easy to switch. Use the project’s existing structure and look up current docs online if you need to.
