Build me a local desktop app that helps me manage all my AI coding tools in one place.

I want it to scan my computer, find the AI agents I already have installed, and show me where each one keeps its settings, rules, skills, and MCP server config. Then let me copy skills and tool packs from one agent to another with a simple click, without me having to manually dig through folders or edit a bunch of files.

It should also let me browse and turn on MCP servers, set environment variables when needed, and switch them on or off for different agents. I’d like a visual editor for prompt rules too, so I can create and sync files like CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, and AGENTS.md and see changes before saving.

Make it feel like a clean desktop app, work fully on my machine, and don’t send anything to the cloud. If you need current docs or file format details, look them up online.
