Build me an offline point of sale desktop app for small sari sari stores in the Philippines that works on Windows 10 and 11. I want it to let a cashier quickly search products, scan barcodes, add items to a sale, hold and resume transactions, and accept cash, GCash, Maya, split payments, and utang. It should also track inventory, stock receiving, low stock, expiration dates, customer balances, receipts, refunds, voids, and shift reports like cash count and end of day reading.

Please make it store everything locally in SQLite, work fully without internet, and include backup and restore so the data stays safe on the owner’s computer. If possible, add a simple price guide that can update when online but still show offline seed data when there is no connection. Make the app clean, fast, and easy for non technical store staff to use. If you need current docs for Electron or related tools, look them up online.
