I want to build a tool that supercharges an AI coding environment called "Claude Code." It should act as an orchestrator for multiple AI agents, letting me manage them as a team using natural language. For example, I should be able to just say something like "build a task management API," and the tool automatically creates a team of agents to plan, execute, verify, and fix the code until the job is done.

A key feature should be a "deep interview" mode. If I have a vague idea, it should ask me Socratic questions to help clarify the requirements before writing any code. It should also integrate with other models like Codex and Gemini, allowing me to assign different tasks to different AIs. The whole thing should feel like I have a project manager for my AI assistants. It should be available as both a plugin for Claude Code and a CLI tool you can install with npm. Please use TypeScript.
