Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-codex ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a workflow management tool that sits on top of the OpenAI Codex CLI to make it more powerful, like a manager for the AI. It shouldn't just be a dumb pass-through.

When I start a new task, it should first help me clarify the requirements with a kind of deep-interview process. Once we're clear on the goals, it should generate a detailed implementation plan that I can review and approve. After I give the green light, I want two ways to execute the plan: either a single persistent agent works on it until it's done, or for bigger tasks, it should be able to spin up a team of agents to work in parallel.

The whole system should keep its state—plans, logs, memory—in a hidden directory within my project. Please build this as a command-line tool using TypeScript and Node.js. It needs a setup command to install all the necessary prompts and hooks to get a user started.
