Build me an IntelliJ IDE plugin called Translation that helps me translate text without leaving the editor.

I want to be able to select text or hover over a word, right click, and translate it using different services like Google, Microsoft, DeepL, OpenAI, Youdao, Baidu, or Alibaba. It should also let me replace the selected text with the translation, and when the result is English it should handle code friendly formats like camel case and separated words.

Please include quick actions for translating the current symbol documentation, inline documentation, and text in common popups or input boxes. It would also be great if the plugin can auto detect words, support batch translation for documentation, and have text to speech playback. Add a simple settings page where I can enter API keys, switch engines, and change a few translation options.

Make it work nicely in JetBrains IDEs and Android Studio, with sensible shortcuts and a clean plugin UI. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.
