Build me a self hosted web app that lets me log into my Claude Pro account and use it through an OpenAI compatible API.

I want a simple browser based setup where I can add an account, authorize it, and then create internal user tokens so I can connect tools like Claude Code or any app that expects an OpenAI style endpoint. The app should handle the Claude handshake in the background, keep sessions working across restarts, and show me which accounts are connected.

Please also include a clean dashboard that shows usage, quota percentages for the shorter and weekly limits, and an estimate of subscription value. I want basic admin protection for the web UI, plus Prometheus metrics and a metrics page so I can monitor requests and account usage.
