YodasMyDad/ZauberCMS ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple starter website with ZauberCMS in .NET 10.

I want a home page, a few editable content pages, and a working admin area where I can log in, create and edit pages, manage media, and add users. Please make the front end fast and mostly static, but with a few interactive Blazor components where it makes sense. The admin should feel clean and easy to use, and it should let me manage content without touching code.

Please also include basic SEO features like a sitemap and redirects, plus support for roles so some content can be protected. If there are any setup steps or config I need, make them obvious. Use the project structure that already exists here, and if you need current docs online, look them up.
