Build me an open source GPT Image 2 prompt library that feels like a beautiful public gallery, not just a long README.

I want people to browse thousands of curated image prompts with preview images, copy prompts easily, search by text, and filter by practical categories like avatars, social posts, thumbnails, posters, product marketing, game assets, photography, anime, illustration, pixel art, typography, landscapes, and more. The gallery should look polished on desktop and mobile, with a clean masonry style layout and fast browsing.

Also make the GitHub README useful, with featured prompts, stats, category links, a clear copyright notice, contribution instructions, and links to translated versions. Support the same content in multiple languages, around 16 if possible, so visitors can switch between them.

Please set up the project so new prompts and images can be added without manually editing everything. Include simple scripts or automation to rebuild the README and public gallery from the prompt data.
