Build me a very simple working starter project from this repo. Right now it looks like a rough test folder with files named prova, prova2, provax, provay, salvoped, and the README only says “ciao prova1”, so don’t assume there’s a full product already.

I want something clean that I can run locally and open in a browser. Make a small friendly demo page that says “Ciao prova1” and shows this as a basic test project. If any of the existing files have useful content, keep it and organize it. If they’re just placeholders, replace them with a clearer structure.

Please make it easy for a beginner to understand, with simple setup instructions in the README, a clear start command, and no unnecessary complexity. Use a sensible lightweight approach and make sure everything actually runs before you finish.
