Build me an open source Wyckoff trading assistant that lets me talk in plain language and ask it to read stock charts, screen the market, and explain what it sees from price and volume.

I want it to support A shares, Hong Kong stocks, and US stocks if the data source is configured. It should have a simple chat style web app, a command line chat for power users, and a local dashboard where I can see screening results, portfolio checks, past signals, backtest summaries, task history, and saved notes. Users should be able to add their own AI model API key, ask for things like daily screening, single stock diagnosis, portfolio health check, and research reports, then get clear HOLD, TRIM, EXIT, PROBE, or ATTACK style suggestions with reasoning.
