Build me a Chromium browser extension for comix.to that helps me download manga and comic chapters right from the site.

I want the popup to detect the title page automatically, show the cover, title, metadata, and chapter list, then let me search, filter, and bulk select chapters before downloading. It should support saving as image files, PDF, or CBZ, and the CBZ should include ComicInfo metadata. Please add a simple options page for settings, a clear progress display while downloads are running, and make it work smoothly in the background without me needing any extra app.

If the site blocks image access, handle that inside the extension so downloads still work.
