I want to create a desktop app for Mac and Windows that works as a private AI meeting assistant. The most important thing is that it's 100% local and privacy-focused—no data should ever be sent to the cloud.

The app should capture my computer's audio to transcribe meetings in real-time. After a meeting is done, it should use a local AI model, like one running through Ollama, to generate a summary of the conversation and maybe pull out some action items. The interface should be simple, showing the live transcript. It should also have a feature to import an existing audio file and get a transcript and summary for that. Everything from the transcription models to the final notes needs to be stored and processed entirely on my own machine.
