Build me an Android media streaming app called Vega. I want users to bring their own provider sources, add them in the app, then browse and play media from those sources without the app hosting or providing any content itself.

The app should feel clean and modern, with a home area, search or browse flow, media detail pages, a watchlist, and a player screen. It should support streaming and downloading, multiple audio tracks, external subtitles, and options to open videos in an external player or send downloads to an external downloader. Please include clear settings for managing sources, playback, subtitles, downloads, and saved items.

Use React Native with TypeScript since this is meant to be an Android app, and make it ready to run locally and build into an APK. Keep the UI mobile friendly and simple. Add reasonable empty states, loading states, and error messages. Also include a short disclaimer in the app that all content comes from user added third party sources. Look up current docs online if you need to.
