Build me a one tap installer for Termux that sets up a full Ubuntu GUI environment with a polished desktop and lots of extra apps ready to use.

I want it to be easy for someone on Android to install and run, with a simple menu for choosing a smaller setup or a full featured setup, plus an option to customize what gets installed.
