I'd like you to build me a web application for browsing and searching a huge collection of n8n workflows. I have thousands of these workflow JSON files, and I need a site where people can instantly find what they're looking for. The search should be really fast and able to look inside the workflow names, descriptions, and the nodes they use. Users should also be able to filter by different categories like 'Marketing' or 'DevOps' and download the workflow JSON files directly from the site.

The app needs a modern, clean UI with a dark mode. For the backend, let's use Python to build a simple API. A key feature is security: I want to include a tool that scans the workflows for common risks, especially AI-related ones like hardcoded API keys or insecure agents, and then generates a report. Please set up the whole project to run easily inside a Docker container.
