Build me a full stack startup management app called StartupOps.

I want a polished dashboard for startup founders and team members where they can sign up, log in, and get sent to the right view based on their role. Founders should be able to create a startup workspace, generate a 12 week roadmap from a simple prompt, break work into tasks, and manage everything on a Kanban board with To Do, In Progress, Review, and Done. Team members should see their assigned work, update task status, and have a clean onboarding flow.

Please include real time updates, team invites by email or invite code, basic analytics for progress and completion, and a nice premium looking interface with smooth animations and a modern glassy style. Use Firebase for auth and live data, and connect the backend to Gemini so the app can generate roadmaps and task breakdowns from prompts. If you need to, look up the current docs online first.
