Build me a laundry service app with both a web version and a mobile version.

I want customers to be able to sign in, browse laundry services, place an order, and request pickup so their dirty clothes can be collected and returned later. Please include a clean customer experience, plus an admin area where the laundry team can manage orders, customers, services, and basic status updates like pending, picked up, processing, and finished.
