Build me a Windows utility toolkit made mostly of batch scripts, with small helper scripts where needed. I want it to help power users manage Windows and Microsoft Office offline files without a full app.

It should include separate easy to run tools for installing or integrating Windows updates for Windows 7, 8.1, 10 and 11, adding language packs to Windows install images, converting UUP, ESD, WIM, CAB and ISO related files, repacking PSFX update files, and creating usable Windows installation media.

Also include Office tools for Click to Run install sources, update links, removing Office cleanly, organizing Office MSP updates, converting retail licensing to volume where supported, and slipstreaming patches into older Office installers.

Add a few standalone utilities for Edge offline install, DirectX runtime install, .NET 4.8 for older Windows versions, display language switching, and blocking Windows 10 telemetry on older systems. Keep everything menu driven, clear, and safe with prompts before changing anything. Include a short README for each tool.
