Build me a Node app that looks like a premium weather app on the front end, but behind the scenes it tracks a user’s location in real time and shows it in an admin dashboard.

I want the main page to ask for browser location permission, fall back to IP based location if needed, and refresh location and weather every few seconds. Show current weather, hourly forecast, and a 10 day forecast with a clean dark iOS style design.
