Build me a simple static web app that takes a GitHub username or profile link and turns it into clean markdown I can paste into docs or an AI prompt.

I want it to be able to grab a person’s profile README and their repositories, or just a single repository if I paste that URL instead. Let me choose whether I want the README, the repo list, or both. It should also accept a GitHub personal access token so I can avoid rate limits and access private data when needed.

Please make it feel polished and easy to use, with dark mode by default and a toggle for light mode. Show useful stats like repo count, stars, forks, and languages. I should be able to copy the generated markdown or download it as a file. Keep it fully static and safe, with everything happening in the browser only. If you need to, look up the current GitHub API docs online while building it.
