Build me a simple lead generation app for finding local businesses that do not have a website yet, then helping me reach out to them. I want a dashboard where I can search by business type and location, set a radius and minimum rating, and have it pull leads from Google Places. It should automatically skip businesses that already list a website, remove duplicates across campaigns, and run the search in the background so I can check status while it works.

Once results are ready, show me a table of leads with a personalized cold email already written for each one. Use a few different outreach angles depending on the business category, like restaurants, clinics, retail, or a general fallback. I should be able to edit the subject and email text before sending.

I also want one click export to Google Sheets with lead info, email copy, and send status columns. Include the Google Apps Script flow so I can paste it into the sheet and send Gmail batches automatically with an opt out footer and sensible limits. Look up current docs online if you need to.
