I want to create a project that's basically one of those "awesome list" repositories on GitHub. It's going to be a curated collection of links to really impressive and creative portfolio websites.

The main page should be a single, long README file. It needs a table of contents at the top that links to different categories down below. Let's organize the list into fun categories based on style, like "Minimalistic," "Interactive & Games," "Dynamic," or "Uses Cool Animations." Please use emojis in the category titles to make it pop.

I also want some nice badges at the top of the page, like the ones that show GitHub stars, forks, and maybe a link to a Discord community. Most importantly, I've seen some of these lists that seem to update automatically. Can we add something like a GitHub Action that keeps the list fresh or something? Finally, make sure there's a file that explains how other people can contribute their own suggestions to the list.
