Build me a clean personal portfolio website using the existing React and Tailwind setup in this repo. I want it to feel modern and simple, like a developer profile site I can use to show who I am, what I know, my projects, work experience, and how people can contact me.

Please create pages for Home, About, Projects, Experience, and Contact, with a shared navbar, footer, and reusable project cards. Put the project, skills, and experience content in separate data files so I can easily edit it later. The home page should have a short intro, a clear call to action, and links to the other sections. The projects page should show a neat grid of cards. The contact page can have basic contact info and links rather than needing a backend form.

Make it responsive, polished, and easy to customize. Use placeholder content where my real details are missing, but make it obvious what I should replace. Look up current docs online if you need to.
