Build me a clean personal portfolio website for Jean using the project that’s already here. I want a simple modern homepage that introduces Jean, shows a short about section, highlights a few projects, lists skills or tools, and has a contact area where someone can reach out or find social links.

Please make it feel polished, responsive, and easy to read on phone and desktop. Use tasteful placeholder text and sample project cards for now so I can replace everything later. Keep the design professional but not too plain, with nice spacing, smooth sections, and a clear call to action.

Use the existing TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind setup if that’s what the repo is already using. Put editable content somewhere simple so I don’t have to dig through the whole app to change my name, bio, projects, or links. Look up current docs online if you need to.
