I want to create a powerful, open-source framework for building enterprise-level web applications using C# and ASP.NET Core. It should be designed to help developers build complex software faster by providing a solid architectural foundation and a lot of pre-built components.
The main a goal is to support modern application patterns like Domain-Driven Design and microservices. It absolutely needs to have first-class support for multi-tenancy, as I plan to use this to build SaaS products.
It should come with a set of common application modules out-of-the-box, so I don't have to build them every time. This should include things like a complete account and identity management system with user logins, roles, and permissions. A basic content management (CMS) module and tools for managing tenants in a SaaS app would also be key.
Finally, please include startup templates and developer tools like a CLI to help automate repetitive tasks like scaffolding new projects or generating pages. The whole point is to have a complete platform that handles the boilerplate.
Are you gonna build this?
