Build me a desktop app called File Studio for handling messy file jobs in one place. I want a simple GUI where I can drag and drop files or folders, then do things like bulk rename files by replacing parts of the name, organize files into folders by extension, find duplicate files and let me review or auto select them for deletion, and compress or archive files to save space. It should also have some basic disk tools like scan, format, and compression options, plus a placeholder or early version of media upscaling since that feature is still in progress.

Please make it feel friendly and customizable, with a classic look and a more modern Metro style look, plus light and dark themes. Add update checking inside the app and keep it usable on normal desktop systems. If the project already uses Java and a desktop UI, stick with that and wire everything together cleanly.
