Build me a very simple Pakistani IPTV playlist project. I don’t need a full website or app, just a clean M3U playlist file that someone can open in VLC, IPTV Smarters, or any normal IPTV player.

The playlist should be named shoqpk.m3u and should focus on Pakistani TV or OTT channels where the stream links are publicly available and safe to include. Please make the channel names easy to read, keep the file formatted correctly for M3U, and add basic channel info where it makes sense, like name, group, and logo if those are available.

Don’t add private paid streams or anything that looks like it needs a login. If you can’t find a working public link for a channel, skip it rather than adding broken junk. Keep the repo simple and easy for a normal person to download and use. Look up current M3U examples online if you need to.
