Build me a Python project that lets me use ChatGPT programmatically. It should be a library that someone can install via pip, but it also needs a command-line interface so I can chat directly from my terminal.

The key feature is that it should support two different connection methods. The first should use the official OpenAI API with an API key. The second should be a reverse-engineered version that logs in using user credentials or an access token, kind of like a browser workaround. This reverse-engineered part is important.

For both methods, I want to be able to stream the responses so the text appears as it's generated. The library should let me choose different models like GPT-4 and even support using plugins. Make sure to create a simple config file to handle the authentication info.
