Build me a browser based dashboard for Claude Code that I can run on my own network and open from any device. I want to be able to see all my Claude sessions in one place, start new ones, resume old ones, rename or delete them, and jump back into either a full terminal view or a cleaner chat style view with formatted markdown and code blocks.

Please also show useful session details like token usage, cost, working time, context progress, model info, git branch, and any rate limit or effort info you can get from Claude. I’d like a daily usage chart, an account overview, and for everything to stay saved so I don’t lose history after restarting. If possible, have it automatically pick up sessions started outside the web app too.

Make it easy to run locally with a simple start command, and if you need to check the latest Claude Code docs online while building it, go ahead.
