Build me a self hosted WhatsApp bot that connects through a QR code and forwards messages to any OpenAI compatible LLM endpoint.

I want it to be simple to run locally, with all settings coming from a .env file, including the LLM URL, API key, model, temperature, system prompt, and how the bot should behave in chats. It should support direct messages, group mention mode, and always on mode. In groups, it should only reply when mentioned or when a command is used.

Please include a few built in commands like help, status, and logout, and make logout/admin actions protected by allowed numbers. Save the WhatsApp session locally so it stays logged in after restart. Also add basic logging, error handling, and a clean setup script so someone can get it running with one command.
