adobe/react-spectrum ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a polished React design system toolkit like Adobe Spectrum. I want it to help people create accessible, adaptive UI without having to figure out all the tricky behavior themselves.
Please include a set of ready made styled components, plus a lower level way to build custom components with the same accessibility and interaction behavior but my own styling. Add shared state hooks so things like selection, forms, overlays, and controlled components work consistently.
The important part is that everything should work well for keyboard users, screen readers, mouse, and touch. It should adapt to different screen sizes, support dark mode and custom themes, and handle international users, including right to left languages plus date, time, and number formatting.
Use TypeScript and React. Include simple examples and docs so a developer can quickly understand which library to use for complete Spectrum style components versus unstyled accessible building blocks. Look up the current React Spectrum docs online if you need to.
