Build me a modern banking dashboard called Horizon that lets people sign in securely, connect multiple bank accounts, and see all their money in one place.

I want a clean home screen with the total balance, recent transactions, and simple charts for spending by category. Add a page to view all linked banks with account details and balances, plus a transaction history page with filtering and pagination. Users should be able to transfer money to other users or accounts from inside the app, and the app should update right away when new banks are connected or transfers happen.
