Build me a privacy first AI chat app like GODMOD3 that runs as a simple web app and can also be dropped onto a static host. I want people to paste in their own OpenRouter key, keep that key and chat history only in the browser, and talk to lots of models from one place with no login or cookies.

The main experience should have a normal chat mode plus GODMODE CLASSIC where 5 model and prompt combos race to answer, and ULTRAPLINIAN where a bigger group of models compares responses and picks a winner. Add Parseltongue style prompt scrambling for red team testing, AutoTune that adjusts sampling settings based on the kind of prompt, and lightweight output cleanup like removing hedging or filler. Include a settings area for themes, telemetry opt out, import and export of local history, and a clearly explained optional dataset sharing mode that is off by default and warns people their prompts could become public.

Make it look hackerish but still work well on mobile, and hide a few fun easter eggs in it. Check current docs online if you need to.
