Build me a tool that helps people set up and improve their AI coding agents across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Gemini, Zed, and GitHub Copilot.

I want it to feel like a complete operator kit, not just a folder of settings. It should include reusable agents, skills, rules, hooks, memory helpers, security checks, and setup commands so someone can drop it into a project and make their coding assistant more consistent and safer. Add clear install scripts, example configs, quick reference docs, and a simple desktop dashboard where I can see status, sessions, install health, skills, and basic project readiness.

Please include support for saving and loading context between sessions, learning useful patterns into reusable skills, and scanning for risky agent behavior or unsafe files. Keep the open source version usable locally, with room for a hosted GitHub app later for PR audits and private repo features. Look up current docs online if you need to.
