Build me a Claude Code plugin called AI Design Engineer that helps people design agentic apps in a more human first way.

I want eight specialist personas that each handle a different part of the product thinking, from turning a rough idea into a clear spec, to JTBD research, multi agent architecture, data and model planning, security, backend reliability, UX strategy, and frontend direction. Make each one available as a simple slash command, and also let Claude pick them up from trigger phrases in normal conversation.

The plugin should feel polished and ready to use, with a clear README, install instructions, examples of when to use each persona, and a simple flow that guides people from concept to production ready design. Please keep the output practical, so each persona gives useful artifacts like prompts, architecture notes, flows, checklists, and implementation guidance.
