Build me a small GitHub repo that serves as a curated library of skills for the AgentScope ecosystem and QwenPaw apps, so an AI coding assistant can load them and give better, more accurate help.

I want it to feel ready for people to clone and use right away, with a clear README that explains what the skills are, how to install them in Claude Code and Cursor, and how to copy them into the right skills folders. Include a couple of example skills, like one for AgentScope guidance and one for lightweight memory or workflow help, with simple markdown based instructions and examples that an assistant can follow.
