Build me a Claude Code skill for paid media work that can audit and help manage ad accounts across the major platforms, like Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Amazon, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, Apple, and X.

I want it to take account exports or read only access, then produce evidence backed audits, campaign and budget plans, experiment ideas, pacing and performance checks, and clean reports I can share with clients.
