Build me a simple but polished web app that turns a text prompt into a 3D scene or avatar.

I want a clean homepage where someone can type a description, hit generate, and see the result appear with a nice loading or progress state while it works. The design should feel magical and modern, with a smooth mobile friendly layout and a good looking interface. Please include a way to download the finished 3D result with one click, plus clear error messages and a retry option if generation fails.

It should also limit users to 4 generations per day and reset that limit at midnight. Make the app feel responsive and easy to use, with the status updating in real time during generation. If you need to check current docs for the AI or UI pieces, go ahead and look them up online.
