Build me a polished Phoenix Cinema web app from this repo. I want it to feel like a modern cinema site where someone can land on the home page, see featured movies, browse what is showing, open a movie page with poster, title, rating, description, runtime and showtimes, and move through a simple ticket selection flow. It does not need real payments, just make the booking experience feel complete and show a confirmation screen.

Use the existing assets if they are useful, otherwise create clean placeholders. Make the UI dark, cinematic, mobile friendly and easy to use. Please get the project running locally, fix broken setup issues, remove obvious dead code if needed, and keep the code organized so I can keep building on it.
